# Skytef - Sitef

**Toda a parte de instalação/configuração da SkyTef é realizada pelo suporte deles. Portanto, ficamos responsáveis apenas pela configurações necessárias do nosso sistema. O cliente deverá entrar em contato com o Suporte da SkyTef, onde eles acessarão e realizarão a instalação de um serviço para comunicação e funcionamento do TEF. Esse serviço se chama "AgenteClisiTef", sendo de responsabilidade exclusiva do Suporte SkyTef realizar toda a instalação e comunicação, uma vez que é um sistema independente deles, no qual não temos acesso nenhum.**
